The conference fee includes:
- access to all conference sessions and all co-located events;
- electronic (online) proceedings;
- coffee breaks and lunches during the conference;
- organised events (welcome reception, half-day trip with conference dinner) .
At least one author for each accepted paper must register as an author, pay the conference fee by 28 March 2025 and present the paper (i.e. one registration cannot be used to present multiple papers).
Payment is only possible in advance via bank transfer. You will get the payment information after you register.
Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellation must be sent in writing by e-mail to sec2025@um.si.
Refund Policy: Cancellation by 10 March 2025 – 80% refund. Cancellation by 28 March 2025 – 50% refund. Cancellation after 28 March 2025 – no refund.
